Video of the Day: Swaggy P Doing His Thing

These aren't the type of videos we usually condone here at The Pick N' Popcast.  I think we've made ourselves clear by now that we are big proponents of pass-first point guards, ball movement, and gaudy assist numbers.  But that doesn't mean we can't take a minute to appreciate the... special ... player that Swaggy P is. 

Believe it or not, he's injected some life and personality into an otherwise mundane Lakers group outside of Kobe.  Just enjoy:

Since returning to the Lakers, Young has come off the bench in each of the 12 games he appeared in.  He's averaging 14.6 points and 0.7 assists per game while shooting just over 40% from 3 on 5.3 3-point attempts per game. 

That puts Nick Young with Ryan Anderson alone in the elite club of regular NBA players averaging at least 5 3-point attempts and less than 1 assist per game.  Keep gunning Swaggy.
